Mobility & Movement Workout with Rebecca Hicks

Join Rebecca for a one-hour, gentle workout focusing on anatomic study principles, while emphasizing on stretching and increased mobility. Standard exercises and integrated contemporary dance warm-ups round out this workout, making it appropriate for all age groups and skill levels. Participants must be able to sit on the floor for an extended period. A yoga mat and comfortable clothes are suggested.

Please Note: This workout may require personal modifications due to flexibility issues and medical situations. The instructor will do her best to provide these modifications, but will not be held responsible for any injury that may be sustained while participating in the workout.

Instructor Rebecca Hicks is a retired dance instructor with 25 years of experience.
